Paul Blanco, founder of Extreme Towing & Recovery, has been in the towing industry since 1981.  He started at the bottom, as a dispatcher for a local towing company.  Mr. Blanco believes that providing exceptional customer service and making each customers experience as pleasurable as possible.  Mr. Blanco opened West Coast Towing Services Inc in July of 1996, and built his business thru dedication, hard work, and great customer support along with outstanding community relations.  West Coast Towing became one of the largest tow companies in South Orange County with yard locations in Irvine, Foothill Ranch, Mission Viejo, Riverside, and South San Diego.  Police Contracts included Irvine Police, Orange County Sheriff, University of California at Irvine Police, Santa Ana Highway Patrol, Capistrano Highway Patrol, Orange County Marshals, as well as Evidence Storage for Orange County Auto Theft Task Force.  Along with his portfolio of Police Contracts Mr. Blanco also secured 3 beats of the Freeway Service Patrol Program within the Orange County area.  The foundation and success of his company was based on providing the very best in customer service and doing what his competitors only said they could do.  Mr. Blanco believes that image is a big factor in the success of any business that is why his storage facilities are kept clean and orderly, all drivers must be well groomed and all company equipment must be maintained and serviced at regular service intervals.  All drivers prior to being offered employment have to pass a complete background and mandatory drug test.  All drivers prior to being assigned a truck and offered a shift have to complete a 2 week ride along / training program this was implemented to insure not only the safety of his customers but peace of mind knowing that his employees are the best of the best.
